FAQ
The production lead time for standard orders is 7–15 business days; for orders involving complex processes (such as multi-layer lamination or special printing) or large order quantities, the lead time will be extended to 15–25 business days; expedited orders can be prioritized upon negotiation.
Paper tube packaging is a green and environmentally friendly packaging option. Its raw materials are made from renewable paper pulp, and it is 100% recyclable after disposal. It does not emit harmful gases when incinerated and complies with EU environmental directives such as RoHS and REACH. It is an ideal alternative to plastic packaging.
Ordinary paper tubes generally have limited moisture resistance. Protection can be enhanced through the following methods:
Surface lamination (glossy or matte film) or application of moisture-proof oil.
Adding an aluminum foil lining or PE coating to the inside to improve moisture resistance, oil resistance, and sealing.
Choosing a composite material of kraft cardboard + coated paper, suitable for humid environments or packaging liquid products.
We support a variety of process combinations to meet your brand customization needs:
Printing processes: Offset printing, flexographic printing, hot stamping (gold/silver), UV printing, embossing/debossing
Surface treatments: Lamination (glossy/matte), matte varnish, frosted effect, flocking
Additional features: Added lids (screw cap, plug cap, flip-top cap), aluminum foil lining, window design, hanging holes

The main raw materials are kraft paper, white cardboard, and specialty paper. Some high-strength paper tubes may also contain core board or coated paper. The adhesive materials are mostly environmentally friendly starch-based adhesives or white latex, which meet relevant standards for food contact and export environmental protection.

Standard paper tube diameters range from 10mm to 500mm, and the length can be cut to your requirements (generally 10mm–3000mm); the wall thickness is usually 1mm–20mm and can be adjusted as needed.
We support full customization of all specifications, including diameter, length, and wall thickness. We can also customize special shapes according to customer needs (such as conical paper tubes and irregularly shaped paper tubes).
Yes, it can. Paper tubes used for food contact must be made from food-grade paper and environmentally friendly adhesive, and must pass the relevant certifications: in China, they must comply with GB 4806.8-2016 “Paper and Paperboard Materials and Articles for Food Contact” standard; for export to Europe and the US, they must pass certifications such as FDA (USA) and LFGB (Germany). We can provide the corresponding test reports.
